Spectacular and fairly clean hotel, stunning and fantastic location on the beaches near Rome. Modern rooms, nice bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredibly nice staff onsite. Variety of food available in the restaurant. Comfortable experience there.

I had a wonderful stay at Il Fogliano Hotel New Life for one night. the location is fantastic, with the hotel situated conveniently close to Il Fogliano, a beautiful lake, and the seaside. Plus, there’s a Michelin-starred restaurant just nearby.

All the staff, from the receptionist to the Maître d'hotel, were excellent and always available to meet our needs. Carla, who took care of breakfast, was extremely professional, courteous, and dedicated. The restaurant, Bistrot, impressed us with its fresh and varied food, catering to everyone's tastes. They even accepted a special order not on the menu late at night just to accommodate us. The Maître D went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the staff made us feel special and made our stay a truly memorable one. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with unparalleled service.

We had a fantastic experience at Il Fogliano, especially with the beach service. The staff provided us with loungers and an umbrella, making our beach time incredibly comfortable. The private area was less crowded, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.

Our weekend getaway was amazing! the room was spacious, clean, and had the most breathtaking views of the sea. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with options for all tastes. the private beach was well, maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. We loved trying the gourmet restaurant, which offered a menu that was worthy of a Michelin star. Finally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning lake views from our balcony.

the room lighting was not our favorite, as the florescent bulbs created a less, than, relaxing ambiance.

This hotel is located just steps from the beautiful beach and coastal nature reserve. the atmosphere is chic and modern with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms. the staff offers exceptional service and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. the views are stunning, especially from the terrace and beach cabins. Plus, the hotel provides great amenities such as a coffee bar and restaurant with high quality food.

Sadly, one minor inconvenience to keep in mind is the lack of nearby restaurants or venues, making it a bit difficult to find other dining options.

Great room views and comfortable bed. The breakfast had a range of options including gluten free choices. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the beach was very close, no long walks.

The music from the club at night can be quite loud and disturbing, making it hard to sleep. , the way the staff handled the beach chair situation wasn't professional.
